THE SONGWRITERS TALENT SHOWCASE 2009

 Perform or introduce your original gospel song during a live performance on June 25, 2009.  At 12:00 PM.. 

Your original song will be judged and critiqued by a panel of distinguished Industry Professionals. 

One song will be selected as the winning entry and the Grand Prize will be Publication of that song. 

There will be a Second place recognition and a Third place honorable mention with special awards for both. 

 You Submit the Following: 

     * Your original song project or demo on CD or Cassette (only one entry please, so choose your best)
     * A Photo (preferably 8x10 color)
     * A BIO (not more than one page please)
     * The ENTRY FEE of $85.00 (make check payable to gospel songwriters Music workshop (GSMW.) 

You Will Receive The Following:

      * A written critique of your song submitted
      * A signed certificate of participation
      * An opportunity of a lifetime (to showcase your songwriting  skills before a panel of Industry Professionals. 

This is a serious competition and all aspects of your performance will be judged, so please put your best foot forward. 

                  Our Songwriters Search Panel, made up of  Industry Professionals, will only be able to select a total of 10‑15 songs as Semi‑Finalists from all of the submissions (so please do not hesitate to get your songs in by the dead line of June12, 2009; There will be absolutely no exceptions to this dead line). 

                   The Semi‑Finalists will be asked  to perform or have someone to perform their original song entry on the showcase.  June 25, 2009. 

            From those ten (10) or fifteen (15) Semi‑Finalists, three (3) winners will be chosen: one (1) Grand Prize, one (1) Second Prize and one (1) Third Prize.

 *No cd, cassettes or photos will be returned. They become the property of the 2009 Songwriters Talent Showcase.
